Out of which all were taken into account in the definition of the problem and scoping of the MVP.
Minimum Viable Product
Using this methodology I could drive to stakeholders the areas of the product that should be covered first with the greatest financial outcome.
A lot of effort was spent on surveys and quick short interviews to map as much as possible the customer journey but as well to address early assumptions.
