The project was given to me at bluegrass stage. Here I made sure with stakeholders to define the marketing page as well the crypto exchange platform, to align MVP user needs and goals.
I made sure to map ouYou achieve this by being curious about your user, engage in conversation, observe their patterns and empathise with their pain points. It’s taken for granted you capture as much as possible at this stage.
Mapping of high-level features of direct and indirect competitors in the sector but as well deriving patterns of information structures.
